Does it work with every Shopify store?
It works with most. A few stores ask bots not to read them, and we respect that. We check every competitor the moment you add it, and only trackable stores count toward your plan.
Will my competitors know I'm tracking them?
We only read the public product information any shopper can see. Our bot identifies itself honestly and follows each store's robots.txt rules.
Do I need to install anything?
No. RivalPulse never touches your own store.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Track one competitor with a weekly email every Monday, for as long as you like. No card needed.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
