About RivalPulseBot

RivalPulseBot reads the public product listings of Shopify stores on behalf of our customers, the same information any shopper can see.

It identifies itself as RivalPulseBot/1.0 (+https://rivalpulse.co.uk/bot), reads slowly (one page at a time with a pause between pages), and checks each store at most once an hour.

It follows robots.txt. To stop it reading your store, add this to your robots.txt:

User-agent: RivalPulseBot
Disallow: /
